Throughout the entire appointment, she continued to explain what my hair can do with the right attention and care. I left not only looking fabulous, but feeling empowered, informed, and excited about my hair’s potential. Everything about the visit was fantastic. The only feedback I have is regarding the music selection. If clean versions of some songs could be played, that would be wonderful. There is a diverse clientele, and I think this small change would help everyone enjoy the vibe even more. Overall, I highly recommend Ms. Iris and the Frizzy to Fabulous experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Yesterday was my first time visiting Ms. Iris and let me tell you, it’s far from the last. She is my new standard when it comes to hair care and what defines a 5 star service. I went in to receive a scalp treatment and retwist and left with a fresh cut and curls post the best scalp treatment possible. My hair was actually squeaky clean! Not only did Ms. Iris actively educate me throughout my service, she showed care and compassion as we cut off each loc. If you’re on the fence about sitting in her chair, let me tell you - her hands are blessed and you will leave feeling brand new!
