Finding Ms Iris has been a true blessing for my hair! Not only did she better educate me about my hair, but my hair has never been so manageable. I’ve seen an increase in softness and a huge decline in shedding not to mention a much healthier scalp. I can’t wait to continue my hair journey with her and finally have the healthy hair I’ve always dreamed of.

I really cannot say enough positive things about the appointment I had with Ms. Iris. She took her time and taught me about my hair and really enlightened me on the inadvertent damage I was doing to my hair while thinking I was protecting it🤦🏾‍♀️!! I have natural hair and Ms. Iris showed me my beautiful natural curl pattern that I was suffocating under the "protective styles" by wearing them entirely too long. She ended up cutting a good 5+ inches of dead damaged hair off but when I left, I left with shiny, healthy hair that bounced and moved beautifully. Do note that this visit wasn't cheap but I am also keeping in mind that this is the heavy lifting that has to happen on the front. This is the beginning of my healthy hair journey with Ms. Iris and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for my hair under her guidance and hair knowledge...LET'S GO!!!

I am making this review 4 days post visit. I found Ms. Iris on TikTok. Everything about the review I saw was true. She is extremely knowledgeable and loves to share that knowledge. Our appt started before I even got there. We spent time on the phone after sharing pictures and discussed my concerns. When I arrived at the salon, the education continued. Her genuine concern for not only my hair but for my own wellbeing was present throughout. My hair has never felt better. It looks and feels healthy and looks the same as when I walked out of the shop. Even with having hormonal challenges! Ms Iris has checked on me multiple times since I left and I am looking forward to my next appt to see how things look. The shop is nice and easy to get to even coming from past the airport.

She was honest about the current state of my hair while remaining encouraging and supportive. I left not only looking fabulous, but feeling empowered, informed, and excited about my hair’s potential. Everything about the visit was fantastic. The only feedback I have is regarding the music selection. If clean versions of some songs could be played, that would be wonderful. There is a diverse clientele, and I think this small change would help everyone enjoy the vibe even more. Overall, I highly recommend Ms. Iris and the Frizzy to Fabulous experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
